The results cover what it takes to bring about shifts in culture, including key communication, leadership, and management behaviours.

We first learn about your role and what you aim to achieve over the next year or so, as context for our recommendations.
We invite colleagues familiar with your work to rate you against behaviours and actions that we know to be effective in culture change.
We present the findings and our recommendations in a confidential report and a 90-minute spot coaching session, where we explore practical changes you might make.
